How we work
Land with a feasibility study
Every asset is published alongside a feasibility study drawn up by the practice: what can be built, with what mix, and at what land cost per square metre. It does not replace the planning, technical and legal analysis each transaction requires, but it lets you decide within hours whether the asset is worth a visit.
If you are looking for land with a particular profile in Melilla or Málaga, tell us what you need and we will let you know when it comes up.
