As architects, we design for the present, with an awareness of the past, for a future that is essentially unknown.

Refurbishment of buildings, homes and commercial premises, including accessibility upgrades to common areas.
Certificates, licences and technical reports handled end to end so you can focus on the project itself.
Kairós is run by two chartered architects who share the technical and the creative direction, backed by an established network of collaborators, trusted builders and technical suppliers.
