Kairós means the right moment to act. It is also how we approach every commission: understand where the client stands, and answer with the solution that fits.
Each project is a challenge we answer with solutions suited to their setting.
We combine functionality and design with unequivocally sustainable architecture. We have worked on projects of very different scales and we keep growing, convinced that design is an investment suitable for every budget, where intelligent solutions take precedence over economic waste.
In each of our works we invest our effort so that everything fits perfectly, being a fundamental part of our client's success.
We work with an established network of specialist collaborators, trusted builders and technical suppliers, which lets us deliver quality without losing the direct contact of a small studio.

Indira Estrada Vidal

Indira Estrada Vidal, lead architect and director of the studio, runs Kairós Arquitectura. Born in Melilla and trained in Málaga, she built her career collaborating with studios and technical offices across the city, gaining solid experience in architectural design, technical direction and site supervision.
Today she focuses on growing the studio, delivering bespoke projects with the support of an established network of specialist collaborators, trusted builders and technical suppliers.
